ARCO metal wall ties are on essential components of a cavity wall, they are used to join the two leaves of a cavity wall together, allowing the two parts to act as a homogeneous unit. Hidden from view after construction, wall ties play a vital role in ensuring the stability of a building.

ARCO metal wall trusses are a prefabricated reinforcement especially designed for embedment in the horizontal mortar joints of masonry. They consist of two or more parallel longitudinal rods weld-connected to a continues diagonally oriented cross rod which film a truss design.

Masonry Anchors:

• U and Z in standard in 1″ and 1.25″ width and 1/8″ ,3/16″ and 1/4″ thickness.
• Standard lengths 8, 14, 20 and 24 “with 2” bends. Finish mill galvanized or hot dipped.

Beam and column anchors standard in w ,3/16 and 1/4″ thickness by 1″ or 1.25″ widths

Masonry Anchors:

• Corrugated anchors standard in 16 gauge
• Length 8.5 overall
• Finish brite , mill galvanized or hot dipped
